These terms govern your use of highlandwarindustries.com, operated by Highland War Industries ("HWI", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
The site gives general information about HWI and the products we are developing. Product names, descriptions, images and 3D models, including the Ridge series and the Ridge-2207, may show concepts or prototypes and can change without notice. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a quotation, a product specification or a warranty, and no statement on it creates a commitment by HWI. Any sale or supply is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by HWI.
Export controls
HWI's products and the technical information about them may be subject to United States export control and sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Nothing on this site grants a license or other authorization to export any product or technical data. You agree not to export, re-export or transfer anything you obtain from HWI except as those laws allow.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, photographs, video, the Highland War Industries name and mark, product names, 3D models, animations and code, are owned by HWI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, extract, modify, reverse engineer or reuse its content, including the 3D models, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for anything unlawful; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to our systems; interfere with its operation or security; or use automated tools to scrape, harvest or copy its content. We may restrict access for anyone who does.
What you send us
